I spent my formative years in the Northern California towns of Tracy and Newark. In Newark I learned to follow the call of the creeks leading down to the edge of the Bay looking acrross to San Francisco 25 miles in the distance. When I was ten my family moved to Tracy and the small white clapboard home my grandfather built in 1928. There I explored the local farm fields, played sports year round and learned to navigate the difficult life of an alcoholic parent.

I use the challenges of life as the stuff of life that informs my writing and music. Feel free to explore. Perhaps you’ll find your own inspiration in some of the projects I’ve undertaken.
